One of the most significant challenges during the 2020 shutdown is team building. To help mitigate this problem, we went in search of a simulation platform in the "serious games" category of experiential learning. The platform had to teach collaboration and team building, but most importantly, it had to be playable over a platform like Zoom. Our search took us to Lisbon in Portugal, and then to Scotland. That's where we found Rocket Remote and its creator, Tim Dew.

So we put it to the test with our own team at Baker Communications. To tell you how that experiment went, we've invited one of our top sellers to tell us about his experience with this serious game, Isidro Iturralde.

But then we had to give it the "acid test" and we had one of our favorite customers test drive it at Unisys. Debbi Varela is also joining us as a panelist for this webinar, and she'll be telling you about her experience with Rocket Remote.

Ted Baird, Baker's VP of Delivery and Customer Success, will moderate the discussion from three panelists on the subject of using serious games for team building: Tim Dew, the Creator of Rocket Remote; Isidro Iturralde, BCI's #1 Seller in 2018 and 2019; and Debbi Varela, Director of Sales Training & Enablement at Unisys. We thought that coming at it from these 3 fronts would give you the best view of what these games can do for team building and collaboration.
