CNH Industrial Enlists Baker Communications for Exceptional Presentations Training

The United States Transportation Command (USTranscom) has requested that Baker Communications deliver Exceptional Customer Service training for its customer-facing staff. USTRANSCOM were seeking a training partner with the ability to deliver effective, high-quality training for staff members who work with its customers, which are primarily military and government entities. After consulting with BCI, the company selected Baker's Exceptional Customer Service workshop to help its staff improve and refine the quality of its customer service.

An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will deliver the workshop to USTRANSCOM service staff in a live, private on-site session. During this interactive class, participants will develop their knowledge of effective customer service skills and practice their use. Attendees will be afforded the opportunity to practice conflict resolution and to learn the importance of good listening skills in effective customer service. They will also gain expertise in working with different personality types, helping them to align with customers and create rapport, avoid misunderstandings, and defuse conflict in any situation.
