Baker Communications has been re-engaged by the Unites States Department of Agriculture to deliver Exceptional Customer Service training to its employees. The USDA used Baker training last year to help its staff with effective communication strategies and customer service skills. An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor will travel to Washington, DC to deliver the training for USDA staff members. During this interactive training workshop, participants will learn and practice strategies to defuse conflict and create rapport, facilitating more productive communication. Attendees will gain practical experience using essential customer service techniques such as Active Listening and strategic questioning to discover their customers’ true needs and work towards effective solutions. The skills learned in this seminar will enhance participants’ ability to address the concerns and serve the interests of both internal and external customers.
