ThyssenKrupp was seeking a training partner with a proven time management training curriculum and experienced, engaging trainers. A Baker Senior Level Training Instructor and Time Management Specialist will meet with ThyssenKrupp Bilstein staff to deliver the workshop. Baker Communications’ unique pre-program Time Audit will be used to help participants understand how they have been spending their time and where improvements are needed, so that after being introduced to the best practices included in the Baker Communications workshop, they will be able to immediately make adjustments and improve their time management. Participants in the workshop will gain expertise with important time management skills such as organization, prioritizing, and tying activities to goals. Workshop attendees will also learn to use time-leveraging tools such as the Urgent vs. Important Principle, which will help them recognize and eliminate time-wasting activities and open up time to focus on goal-oriented tasks, thereby increasing their productivity.
