The Human Services Administration Organization (HSAO) is an enhanced service coordination program working with high-risk populations in the Philadelphia area. They group has requested that Baker Communications deliver Exceptional Customer Service training for the organization. Customer service is a high priority for HSAO, and they were seeking a training partner with quality content and some experience working with non-profit organizations. They retained Baker in full confidence that the training program would help the program improve and refine the quality of its customer service.

An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Philadelphia to deliver the workshop. During this highly interactive customer service workshop, participants will develop their knowledge of effective customer service skills and practice their use. Class participants will be afforded the opportunity to practice conflict resolution and to learn the importance of good listening skills in effective customer service. Attendees will also gain expertise in working with the four primary Behavioral Styles, helping them to identify and align with members’ customary way of thinking and communicating, helping create rapport, avoid misunderstandings, and defuse conflict in any situation.
