Baker was able to offer the client its highly regarded Exceptional Management Skills two-day training workshop, and customize a special session of the Win-Win Negotiations class.

Senior Level Baker Instructors and subject matter experts will meet with Sodexo staff and management to deliver the seminars. Participants in the management skills training event will learn to utilize key management strategies such as effective delegation and timely performance evaluations, resulting in improved planning, better feedback, and more efficient processes, as well as gaining emotional intelligence insights to help them better communicate with and motivate their teams. Seminar participants will also learn and practice key negotiation skills such as recognizing and neutralizing manipulative negotiation tactics, de-escalating conflict, and how to identify and apply concession strategies, helping them secure their most important objectives in any negotiation.
