Having recently worked with Baker Communications to deliver a successful Consultative Selling Skill course, ChaiOne turned to BCI again and was excited by the Win-Win Negotiations training course. During the three-day workshop, held in Houston, TX, a senior-level Baker instructor and negotiations expert worked with the team to develop a new approach and process for negotiating. Participants discussed and role-played real-life situations they regularly encounter. They also focused on key areas of negotiation success, such as the five phases of negotiations, recognizing and responding to behavioral styles, handling and resolving conflict, and neutralizing tactics.
