Pratt was seeking a reputable training partner to assist its representatives with communication skills after recognizing issues with customer interactions on the phone and in email. The company reviewed Baker‘s offerings and selected the Exceptional Customer Service Skills program in the belief that the intensive approach would provide their customer service representatives with the necessary skills to communicate effectively and resolve customer issues more efficiently.


A Baker Communications Senior-Level Instructor and Customer Service Expert will travel to Humboldt, Tennessee to deliver the workshop for Pratt‘s customer service representatives. Participants in this workshop will gain practical experience using effective customer service techniques, such as Active Listening, to quickly establish rapport with their customers and work toward finding solutions for their issues. Attendees of the Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will also learn techniques for communicating with different personality types and handling angry individuals, allowing them to defuse conflict and communicate effectively in even the most difficult customer service situations.
