Diebold, a world leader in self-service solutions, recently partnered with Baker Communications to deliver a two simultaneous two-day workshops for Exceptional Presentations training for their staff. This was the first private workshop that Baker has delivered for Diebold. Diebold selected the BCI course because of the intensive experience, which includes videotaped practice presentations, individual feedback sessions and one-on-one coaching.

Two Senior-Level Instructors and Presentations Experts from Baker Communications delivered the training in Charlotte, NC. During this highly interactive training experience, the group gained experience using proven, time-tested public speaking techniques, such as the Four P's of vocal quality (Projection, Pauses, Pacing and Pitch), to keep their presentations lively and engaging while maintaining authority and exercising control. Participants also received individual feedback from their instructors after recording presentations during strategic points throughout the session. These recording-and-coaching sessions allowed attendees to gauge their own progress and see areas needing improvement, as well as benefit from expert feedback and individual coaching.
