Okanagan College, a public, post-secondary institution with multiple campuses located in British Columbia, Canada, has requested that Baker Communications deliver Exceptional Customer Service training for key members of the college’s staff. Customer service is a high priority for Okanagan College, and they were seeking a training partner with the ability to delivery quality training in multiple sessions for staff members in various roles. After reviewing BCI’s content, the school selected Baker’s Exceptional Customer Service workshop to help the organization improve and refine the quality of its customer service.

An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Kelowna, British Columbia in Canada to deliver the workshops for college staff. During these highly interactive customer service workshops, participants will develop their knowledge of effective customer service skills and practice their use. Class participants will be afforded the opportunity to practice conflict resolution and to learn the importance of good listening skills in effective customer service. Attendees will also gain expertise in working with the four primary Behavioral Styles, helping them to identify and align with staff and students’ customary ways of thinking and communicating, helping create rapport, avoid misunderstandings, and defuse conflict in any situation.
