NASDAQ has requested that Baker Communications administer both customer service and time management training for its operations IT managers. In seeking a training partner, NASDAQ was carefully searching for a client-oriented approach and content that would meet the needs of its IT management staff. An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert, Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will meet with the NASDAQ operations IT managers to deliver the workshops. During the comprehensive customer service skills workshop, participants will gain practical experience using proven service strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them effectively identify and help resolve issues, and acquire communication and problem-solving skills applicable to interactions with management, team members, clients and colleagues. Time management workshop attendees will gain expertise with important time management skills such as prioritizing, setting goals, and tying daily activities to their goals, helping them to better organize their time and more efficiently accomplish their most important tasks. Participants will learn to use effective time-leveraging tools such as the Urgent vs. Important Principle, which will help them recognize and eliminate time-wasting activities and increase their productivity.
