Merrill Lynch, now the wealth management division of Bank of America, has requested that Baker Communications provide specialized "Handling Difficult Conversations" communications training for their staff members. Not every interaction in the business world involves good news, positive feelings and easy concepts. Knowing this, Merrill Lynch wanted to provide their managers and other staff members with the communication skills necessary for conducting conversations in and about non-ideal circumstances. Baker Communications was able to offer the Handling Difficult Conversations workshop to meet the clients needs.
A Baker communications expert and senior-level training instructor will meet with Merrill Lynch employees to deliver this specialized communications training. Participants in this interactive, targeted Handling Difficult Conversations workshop will gain training and practice in effectively communicating in all circumstances and skills for handling and de-escalating conflict. Attendees will learn how to communicate effectively with different personality types and how to respond appropriately when conversations become difficult, emotional, tense, or confrontational. Participants will be better prepared and equipped to negotiate all kinds of business communications.
