Megapath chose Customer Outcome Selling because of the ease of customization and selecting key focus areas for their sales team. After evaluating the course content, Baker's training capabilities, and customization options, Megapath chose to focus on a portion of the course devoted to effective customer interactions.
A Senior-Level Instructor and Sales Expert from Baker Communications traveled to Seattle, WA, to deliver this short session. During this lesson, the group focused on learning some current sales techniques within the SMART methodology and focused specifically on customer dialogue, with the help of the Customer Dialogue Wheel, and creating questions that engage customers and help get to the heart of their needs.
