Participants in this interactive communication skills training workshop will learn about key principles of effective interpersonal communication as well as techniques for improving their own listening skills, a key factor in effective communications. Attendees will have the opportunity to assess their own personality type and learn to assess others, helping them to understand and communicate more easily with team members and management. Essential skills such as active listening, effective questioning, and confirming understanding will equip attendees with the tools necessary to become better communicators.
