During this highly interactive leadership and management training event, participants will learn about vital strategies such as delegation and performance evaluation, leading to improved planning, increased efficiency, and more effective feedback processes. Participants in the seminar will also learn techniques for keeping employees motivated, handling conflict, and dealing with difficult individuals, helping their teams and the company function more productively.
