Ingersoll Rand, a global manufacturer of products to create comfortable, sustainable and efficient environments for work, residence and recreation, has extended its partnership with Baker Communications, engaging BCI's services for global sales management training and a coaching program to support change management associated with the Pathways to Growth management model and disciplines. Ingersoll Rand was seeking to implement a consistent methodology and process across its global sales management team. They were pleased that their long-term training partner Baker Communications was able to answer their need with the Pathways to Growth program.
Baker Communications Senior Level Instructors and Sales Management Experts have met with Ingersoll Rand sales leaders to train them in the Pathways to Growth system. Participants in these training events have been introduced to critical sales management disciplines and a cadence of meetings that will lead to improved performance, better data, and faster communication among sales professionals and management. BCI will continue to support this new sales management model with coaching over several months, ensuring that effective change occurs and that the entire staff engages with the system implementation.
