An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will meet with Falck customer service agents in Houston to deliver the training. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will learn and practice customer service strategies including the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them work toward effective resolution of customer issues. Falck employees will also learn to use techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish good rapport with customers and facilitate problem-solving.
