EthosEnergy, a joint venture between Wood Group and Siemens providing rotating equipment services and solutions to the power, oil & gas, and industrial markets, has asked that Baker Communications deliver training workshops for its new graduate engineers. Baker had designed custom training for Wood Group management and graduate students in the company’s rotation program in the past, and representatives of the new joint venture turned again to BCI for management and finance training. EthosEnergy and Wood Group representatives have found a reliable, client-oriented training partner in BCI. As a Wood Group Vice-President wrote: I wanted to thank you and all involved at Baker Communications for the excellent training you presented? I have had strong positive feedback from it, and this probably puts it at the top of the ratings list regarding training we have put on in the past couple of years.”

Senior Level Baker Communications Instructors and Management and Finance Experts will deliver the custom workshops to new graduate engineers at EthosEnergy. Those participating in these Management Skills and Finance for Non-Financial Managers training sessions will learn and practice key leadership skills such as delegation and performance evaluation, which will lead to better planning, improved feedback, and more efficient and productive departments. Participants will also gain a basic understanding of corporate financial structure and how to read essential financial reports, enhancing their big-picture understanding of the company’s functioning and their own roles within it.
