The Chicago Bridge & Iron Company (CB&I), which designs, engineers and constructs some of the world's largest energy infrastructure projects, has asked Baker Communications to deliver a customized private workshop for their Accounts Payable group focused on Exceptional Customer Service. Baker will conduct a customer service training session for CB&I as part of a multi-year development program for select groups of employees. Baker will continue to work closely with CB&I to develop customized training to meet the training goals of the client and the specific need of the participating groups.
An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will meet with the CB&I Accounts Payable team in The Woodlands, Texas to deliver the training seminar. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will gain practical experience using strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them work toward resolution of client issues. Attendees of this intensive Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will also learn and practice using effective customer service techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish rapport with customers, communicating a sense of understanding and respect and facilitating problem-solving.
