In November 2015, Baker Communications partnered with Quest Diagnostics, a clinical laboratory services provider, to deliver a series of break-out sessions to their employees. Quest Diagnostics has worked with Baker Communications in the past, and they selected BCI's Customer Outcome Selling course to deliver this series of highly focused training sessions and keynotes. Baker and Quest Diagnostics worked together to tailor BCI's award-winning content to Quest's very specific training needs.

Four Senior-Level Instructors and Communications Experts from Baker Communications delivered the training in Atlanta, GA. During this highly interactive training experience, the group focused on four key areas of communications: verbal communications, written communications, presentations/public speaking, and influencing skills. During the sessions, participants learned key elements of communications, such as adapting to different behavioral styles, the 5 C's of Communications, how to structure a presentations and avoid death by ppt, and techniques to influence partners, customers, and others.
