Brawler Industries, a manufacturer of industrial fabrics and liners for oilfield and mining applications, has asked Baker Communications to design and deliver a custom training event around Creating Exceptional Teams for the benefit of its domestic sales and operations staff. Brawler’s CEO had benefitted from a Baker training workshop in the past, and was pleased to find that BCI was willing and able to work with his company to develop a customized course. The stated goals of the training are to help build more effective and productive teams and to facilitate good communication among team members and management.
A Team-Building Expert and Baker Communications Senior Level Instructor will meet with Brawler sales and operations staff members to lead the workshop. During this highly interactive training event, participants will gain an understanding of personal behavioral styles and motivational needs, helping team members to communicate more effectively, and managers to determine how best to inspire and motivate employees. Staff members attending the Creating Exceptional Teams seminar will also learn vital communication and management tools strategies such as active listening and effective delegation skills, which will lead to more efficient and productive teams.
