HighMount was seeking a client-focused training partner with industry knowledge and experience. They selected Baker Communications to fulfill their negotiations training requirements because of their ability to provide instructors with experience in the oil and gas industry and Bakers ability and willingness to tailor the programs content to meet HighMount's specific training needs.
A Baker Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will meet with HighMount employees at the corporate headquarters in Houston to administer the training session. This highly interactive negotiations training class will provide knowledge and practice in recognizing a number of negotiation styles, strategies and tactics, helping trainees to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process. Attendees of the negotiations training workshop will also learn essential negotiation principles such as concession strategies, planning, and setting expectations, preparing workshop participants to more effectively negotiate in any situation.
