As an AWS training partner, Baker was able to offer its Customer Outcome Selling course and context that perfectly met the client's needs. 2nd Watch then opted to up their game further with a Pathways to Growth sales management program, and more advanced customer relationship training for sales staff in the Trusted Advisor seminar.

Baker Communications Senior Level Instructors, Sales and Sales Management Experts have been consulting with SMEs within the client's organization to plan an impactful Pathways to Growth program, and will be meeting with 2nd Watch sales leaders to train them on the PTG system. Participants in these training events have been introduced to critical sales management disciplines and a cadence of meetings that will lead to improved performance, better data, and faster communication among sales professionals and management. BCI will continue to support this new sales management model with coaching over several months, ensuring that effective change occurs and that the entire staff engages with the system implementation.

BCI will also lead a seminar for sellers on Becoming a Trusted Advisor. Representatives participating in this intensive consultative sales training workshop will gain knowledge and experience with higher-level sales skills to help them become more than just a salesperson for their accounts, but a Trusted Advisor. Participants will practice using questioning and listening skills to gain a clear understanding of the customer's business needs and goals, allowing them to more effectively assist their clients. Attendees of this special training event will learn techniques for gaining trust and deepening relationships, making them indispensable partners in their clients' business plans.
