Haver Analytics, a major economic data management and analysis company, has asked Baker Communications to develop a custom Professional Client Interactions workshop for the benefit of its sales and customer service staff. Haver wanted a seminar designed to help sales and customer service team members develop the skills to provide an even higher level of customer service to their clients.  The focus is key skills related to dealing with various customer needs, enhancing professional communication, and ensuring that customers are happy with the service they receive.  Baker has developed a customized workshop to meet the client’s needs.

A Sales and Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to New York City to work with Haver’s sales and customer service partners. During this special custom skills workshop, participants will work on skills such as strategic questioning and Active Listening to uncover client needs, and gain practical experience using customer service strategies such as the 3 F’s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help resolve client issues. Attendees of this custom training workshop will also learn and practice communication techniques to quickly establish rapport and provide clients with a sense of understanding and respect.
