Exelon was seeking a training partner to provide their plant management with skills and techniques to help them prioritize tasks and better manage their time, increasing plant efficiency and productivity. A Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor from Baker Communications will travel to Warrenville, Illinois and to Kennett Square, Pennsylvania to deliver the workshop for plant management at both locations. Participants in these highly interactive training events will take a Time Audit to help them discover and eliminate hidden time-wasters. Workshop attendees will gain expertise with important time management skills such as prioritizing, setting goals, and tying daily activities to their goals, making every workday more focused and productive.
