Oil States was seeking a “soft” negotiations training program to help sales staff influence clients’ decision-making processes and improve their sales effectiveness. Senior-Level Baker Communications Instructors, Sales and Negotiations Experts will deliver the Influencing Skills workshop for the Oil States sales department in Houston. During this highly interactive custom training program, participants will learn to assess their customers, using effective questioning skills and consultative sales techniques to create solutions that will appeal to client needs. Attendees will also learn and practice “soft” negotiation skills to ensure that their sales negotiations are well-planned, conflict-free, and result in satisfactory outcomes for both parties.
