Allegion is a former division of Ingersoll Rand, a long-term partner of Baker. Ingersoll Rand had partnered with Baker for various training needs for many years, and its former leadership now with Allegion made the decision to return to their trusted training provider. Baker Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructors will meet with Allegion sales professionals in Golden, Colorado to present the training. This interactive workshop will provide attendees with skills that are valuable in their present work and their future careers with Allegion. Participants will learn and practice effective negotiation skills and strategies, such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions. Participants will also gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, in enhancing their ability to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process.
