The program will help AXA advisers more effectively utilize Salesforce and its reporting functions. A Baker Communications Senior Level Instructor and Salesforce Training Expert will travel to Florida to meet with AXA financial advisers and deliver this private custom workshop. Participants in this interactive training event will learn about implementation and effective utilization of Salesforce customer relations management software, effective use of Dashboards and reports, and how to accurately track and improve business performance. The seminar will also help to onboard participants and drive CRM adoption by demonstrating the effectiveness of Salesforce for showing trends, capturing real-time data, and tracking the most important metrics to provide critical information.
