The Crime Laboratory of the Tucson Police Department has asked Baker Communications to provide Time Management Training for crime lab employees. The department was seeking a training partner with a proactive approach to time management and thorough, in-depth content that emphasized prioritization, planning and scheduling. The focus of Baker’s highly regarded Time Management Skills training workshop matched their goals: to help the Tucson PD Crime Lab staff become more efficient and productive.
A Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor from Baker Communications will meet with Crime Lab staff in Tucson to deliver the program. Participants in this interactive training event will start by completing a Time Audit to help them discover and eliminate hidden time-wasters that inhibit their effectiveness. Those attending the workshop will also learn such proven time management techniques as goal-setting, prioritizing, and tying activities to goals, helping them to establish and maintain their focus on critical and high-value tasks. Attendees will learn organizational skills and goal-focused planning strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
